Same error. Just received an email saying I should change my profile photo or my profile would be deleted (because my photo was black & white duh) but I can’t even upload a new one.

I’m running into the same issue. This is critical because of the threat that profiles will be deleted if they are not in compliance. I can’t figure out how my current photo is not in compliance, but none of the photos I have uploaded are being accepted either. I’m seeing the same error White Cucumber reported 20 days ago.

I literally can’t upload any profile picture. Have you solved this issue somehow? I tried different PCs and phone but no.

Can you screenshot what you see when it fails?

Reminder to set a profile photo even though one is already set

I just received the “Reminder: you're not shown on the front page because you haven't set a profile photo” email with instructions on uploading a profile photo within 90 days, however I already have one set?

Also, when trying to upload a new photo you get a message saying something went wrong on the server, as seen in the different bug report that’s open here. That’s not the case — the server responds with a 403, as Cloudflare blocks the request (ray ID 98479c7139fafcd6 for example). It seems that some kind of security rule is preventing upload requests from going through?
